Dubai : World champions Australia are still the No.1 team in Test matches while India is ranked fourth in the rankings, it was released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) here Saturday.
India have 107 points while Pakistan is third with 108 points. India can even pip Pakistan for the third place if they play well in the forthcoming three-match Test series against England, who are second with 114 points.
World Cup finalists Sri Lanka and South Africa are fifth and sixth respectively with 102 points each. New Zealand in placed seventh with 93 points while the West Indies is eighth with 28 points.
