Cotabato City (The Philippines) : Five people were killed and 13 wounded when a homemade bomb exploded Tuesday in a southern Philippine city, police said.
The blast occurred on a busy street in Tacurong City in Sultan Kudarat province, 975 kilometres south of Manila, according to police Inspector Benjamin delos Santos.
Delos Santos said the improvised explosive device was left in front of a restaurant.
