Berlin : Sony will present its new FZ series of Vaio notebooks which includes four machines for home use as well as a model designed for business use in the next weeks, the company said.

The VGN FZ11Z will be the most powerful of the new home use notebooks.

Starting mid June, it will be available for around 2,000 euros (2,709 dollars). It comes with a 15.4-inch LCD screen and a new background lighting system for better visibility.

The other three home-use notebooks will hit stores in mid June with prices ranging from 1,199 to 1,399 euros. The professional version of Windows Vista Business will be available from mid May at around 1,299 euros.
