Meerut : A student threatened a professor with a gun when he was caught cheating during a university exam here, police said.
Anurag Singh, second year student of Bachelor of Commerce, pointed the revolver at the teacher when he was caught with some chits during the examination.
Teachers boycotted the exams after the incident.
"Investigations are underway and no arrest has been made yet," a senior police official said.
