Guwahati, Nov 5 (IANS) Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni scored a 77-ball 68 and Yuvraj Singh made 58 to guide India to a five-wicket win over Pakistan in the first One-day International here Monday.
Chasing Pakistan’s 239 for seven wickets in 50 overs, India made 242 for five in 47 overs, winning with three overs to spare at the Nehru Stadium. For Pakistan, Mohammed Yousuf hit an unbeaten 83 and Salman Butt scored 50.
