Liuzzi clocked a best of one minute, 23.206 seconds in the course of his run of 92 laps Thursday while Klein was quicker with a 1:23.084 lap while putting in 84.

Through the day, the Force India team, co-owned by Vijay Mallya, completed 819 km of testing.

Weather conditions were good though slightly cold and there were small specks of rain towards the end of the afternoon

On the unofficial time chart, topped by Heikki Kovalainen (Renault) in 1:20.659 (82 laps), Klein was placed 15th and Liuzzi 17th.

Meanwhile, at the Red Bull Racing, Robert Doornbos, who had taken over from India’s Karun Chandhok for the final day’s test run, finished last with a time of 1:24.102 while David Coulthard’s best was 1:21.555 that placed him fifth overall.

All the teams devoted the Barcelona test session to work on developing cars to the 2008 specifications that prohibit traction control and electronic driver aids.

The teams take a break before heading to Jerez, Spain, for a four-day test from Dec 4 before taking a winter break ahead of the 2008 season beginning in March with the Australian Grand Prix (March 14-16).
