Istanbul : Al-Quds International Forum held recently in the Turkish city of Istanbul stressed that the Israeli dangerous aggression on the Holy places in the occupied Arab territories threaten peace and stability in the region and the world.
In a declaration at the conclusion of its activities, the Forum said the Israeli aggression on al-Aqsa Mosque is an aggression on the humanity heritage.
The statement rejected and condemned all Israeli attempts to liquidate the Arab, Islamic and Christian identity of Jerusalem, describing the Israeli occupation of the Arab territories as a racial, colonial and terrorist occupation.
Meanwhile, Expatriates Minister Bouthaina Shabaan has stressed that the Forum aims at enhancing dialogue and communications among those who defend Identity of Jerusalem and the Palestinians and Arab rights.
Sahbaan pointed out that al-Quds and the holy places are a humanitarian, religious, cultural and historical heritage, calling the international community to defend them.
She warned against the Israeli attempts to obliterate the Arab, Islamic and Christian identity of the city, asserting the Palestinian people’s right in restoring their usurped rights and establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
