Chennai : Allsec Technologies Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shareholding of Kingdom Builders Inc, a company in the Philippines engaged in BPO operations.
The total cost of acquisition would be around $1.5 million.
Allsec Technologies is a third-party BPO Company offering voice and non-voice services on a blended delivery platform.
It posted net sales of more than Rs.1.1 billion in financial year 2006-07 and its profit after tax for the fiscal was Rs.281.35 million.
Balancing rapid growth with an expansion in service offering, Allsec is known for its expertise in the domains of BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance), tech support, quality assurance and HR processing.
