The Front stresses that illegible voters of the community should be given election photo identity card in terms of Rule 27 A of J&K Registration of Electoral Rolls and on that basis allowed to cast their votes without insisting for verification, production of D Forms etc.

AK Dewani, Working president of the Front stressed that in order to facilitate inclusion of all the illegible voters in the voter list, the records available in the zonal offices of the J&K Migrant Relief Organization and similar authorities operating elsewhere in the country should be taken as the basis.

These records provide details in respect of all the categories of the migrants, camp, non-camp, relief and non-relief as such it will facilitate inclusion of maximum possible illegible voters in the electoral rolls, he added.
