Mumbai : An Indian rugby team will take part in the Singer Rugby Asiad to be held at CR and FC Grounds and Royal College Sports Complex in Colombo, Sri Lanka from Nov 3-10.
The top six teams in the competition have been divided into two groups with Kazakhstan, Chinese Taipei and Thailand in Group A and Malaysia, China and Sri Lanka in Group B. These six will play for the Cup Championships.
India, Pakistan, Qatar and Iran will play in the second tier competition for the Shield Championship.
