New Delhi : External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee leaves Tuesday to join the foreign ministers of China and Russia for their third stand-alone meeting in the northeastern Chinese city of Harbin.
At the meeting Wednesday, the three foreign ministers are expected to discuss regional and international issues and expansion of trilateral cooperation, a statement by the external affairs ministry said.
The previous stand-alone meetings of the three ministers had taken place in Vladivostok in June 2005 and in New Delhi in February 2007. But all three ministers have also met every year on the sidelines of various multilateral forums since 2002.
