Islamabad : At least 11 people were killed and 15 injured Tuesday in a suicide attack in northwestern Pakistan’s Dera Ismail Khan, TV channels reported, quoting police sources.
A suicide bomber blew himself up when his vehicle was stopped by security personnel on a road leading to Peshawar, capital of North West Frontier Province, according to Dawn news TV.
Dera Ismail Khan is a district some 280 km southwest of capital Islamabad.
