The Algerian Football Federation said on its official Web site that he was appointed by FIFA President Josef Stepp Blatter to the commission whose 28 members include the presidents of the continental confederations.

The commission is headed by former French captain Michel Platini, who is now president of the European Football Union (UEFA).

The task force for “fair play” was organized into three working groups – on financial, competition and political issues — and made up of very important football personalities.

Their mission is to think about themes related to various football-related subjects, such as corruption, money laundering, political interference and relations with governments.

Raouraoua, who is in the group on political questions, is also a member of the Organizing Committee of the World Cup and a member of the judicial commission of FIFA.
