Kabul : A roadside bombing killed five Afghans including two policemen in the southern Helmand province Friday afternoon, said district police chief Abdul Manas.
The explosion occurred at a market in Gereshk district killing two policemen, two children and one civilian, he said.
No one has claimed responsibility, but Taliban militants are suspected.
Due to rising violence, over 5,000 people, mostly Taliban militants, have been killed in Afghanistan this year.
