New Delhi : Indian cricket board president Sharad Pawar will inaugurate the floodlights at the Ferozeshah Kotla Cricket Ground here Wednesday.
Apart from Pawar, Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit will also grace the occasion. The event will also be attended by former and current Test and first class cricketers.
The Kotla will host a trial match between Indian Premier League (IPL) team Delhi Daredevils and Delhi XI under the floodlights April 15.
The installation of the floodlights was completed in a span of about 40 days.
