Oriya daily Sambad Wednesday identified the victim as Kashinath Bhuyan, 50, a resident of Tikipada village in Khordha district, about 30 km from here.

Those who had provided him the loan were forcing him to return the money at the earliest. He tried to get a loan from banks. When he did not succeed, a depressed Bhuyan consumed pesticide Tuesday, the report said.
