Islamabad : Six persons were killed and seven others injured in a tribal clash in northwestern Pakistan’s tribal region, local TV channel reported on Wednesday.
The tribal clash occurred between two tribes over land dispute in Spain wamarea of South Waziristan tribal agency, said the private TV channel Geo.
Both tribes used heavy weapons against each other. A traditional tribal council, or jirga, has arrived in the area for ceasefire talks.
