Moscow : Police say an overnight attack on a police vehicle in the southern province of Ingushetia has left one officer dead and three wounded.
Local police say three or four unknown assailants opened fire with automatic weapons on the police car traveling near the village of Stanitsa.
One Interior Ministry soldier is dead while three others are wounded. Police say the assailants escaped, according to a report of the Associated Press.
