Beijing : At least 13 people were killed and five others were injured in a blast in a village in Central China, state media said today.
The blast took place last morning when some explosives, meant for civilian use, went off in Donggancheng village of Puyang city in Henan Province of central China, Xinhua news agency reported.
Rescue operation was in full swing, the report said.
