Islamabad : At least 14 people were killed and 24 injured Saturday in a blast at an Awami National Party (ANP) rally in northwest Pakistan, Interior Minister Hamid Nawaz said.
The blast occurred in Charsadda district of North-West Frontier Province.
The provincial president of ANP Afrasiab Khattack, who was addressing the rally at the time of blast, said that he was safe but many others were injured.
