ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP): Twenty foreign observers of Monday’s polls have, in a report, expressed satisfaction on the arrangements put in place by the Election Commission of Pakistan for holding of the elections.
According to Geo News, they said the voters turn-out will be low in view of the law and order situation.
The observes underlined the significance of strict role of rangers, troops and other para-military forces during polls to minimize risk of any terrorist activity.
Not a single political party has shown 100 percent compliance with the rules and regulations laid down by the Election Commission, they said.
