New Delhi : The ruling Congress party Monday appointed party secretary and former Youth Congress president Manish Tiwari as one of its spokespersons.
Tiwari, who is party secretary in charge of Bihar, will be the fourth spokesperson. Abhishek Singhvi, Minister of State for Communications and IT Shakeel Ahmad and Jayanti Natarajan are the other party spokespersons.
Tiwari had contested the Lok Sabha election from Ludhiana in 2004, but had lost.
