New Delhi : Budget day started on a chaotic note in the Lok Sabha Friday with Speaker Somnath Chatterjee appealing to members to behave like “mature” persons.
He said “enough is enough” after the din continued. However, silence was restored once Finance Minister P. Chidambaram started presenting the budget — a couple of minutes later than scheduled at 11 a.m.
