Islamabad : The Education Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mubarak Al-Nahayan has met Asif Zardari, widower of the assassinated former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto at her family home in the Sindh province, and condoled him on her sad demise, officials said.
The Education Minister arrived at the Moenjodaro airport in Sindh in his special plane where he was received by Bhutto’s Pakistan People s Party (PPP) leaders and senior government officials.
Sheikh Mubarak delivered the condolence message of the UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahayan to Zardari. Later, Sheikh Mubarak laid a wreath on Bhutto’s grave on behalf of the UAE President.
