Jammu : Book written on novels of Khawaza Farooq Renzu written by urdu research scolar Imran Tak was today released by Chairman Public Service Commision Mr. Mohd Shafi Pandi at a function held at Jammu University.
The function was attended by a large numbers of writers, scholars, students, Journalists and intellectuals.
Dr. Shohab Inayat Malik, Dr. Javid, Prof. A.R. Khan and Imran Tak read papers on the book and highlight the various aspects of Renzu literary personality as depicted in the book.They said that the author of the book has tried to convey the message of Renzu literary work after conducting a thorough research on his published novels.
Khawaza Farooq Renzu welcoming the audience said that it has been his utmost efforts to produce better literary works in the form of fiction and novels both in Kashmiri and urdu. He said that he would continue to depict the issues concerning humanity of the present age through his literary work.
Mohd Shafi Pandit appreciating Jammu University for conducting research on the novels and fiction of Farooq Renzu said that he has observed that the essence of Renzu novels is the social and human component which he depicts in a most beautiful manner. Appreciating Renzu for his three decade long role in promoting art and literature in the State,Pandit hopeful that Renzu would continue to contribute in a dynamic and refashioned manner.
He also made a mention of his published novels since 1979 and said that Renzu has been conferred various State and National level awards which attests his being as a prominent writer. He said that Renzu is a leading literary figure who is enjoying regonization as a popular novelist and fiction writer.
