Riyadh : ‘Istiska’ (rain-seeking) prayers were performed Monday morning throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in line with the teachings of Prophet Mohammed, (Peace be upon him), who had urged Muslims to perform ‘Istiska’ prayers in cases of drought or delay in rainfall.
