Colombo : A claymore mine blast wounded Sri Lankan minister D.M. Dassanayake and four others on a busy road north of here Tuesday, the police said.
The deputy minister for nation building was travelling in his car when the mine exploded at Ja Ela, about 25 km from Colombo. The minister and four others were taken to a local hospital.
