“We warn all the sides of a big explosion in the Gaza Strip…if the explosion happened, it will leave consequences on the entire region,” said Hamas spokesman Ismail Radwan.

Gaza’s solo power planet stopped on Sunday due to the lack of fuel four days after Israel completely shut the crossing points into the Gaza Strip.

The crossings have only been open to the humanitarian needs and there was no export at all.

The power station’s shutoff indicates a humanitarian disaster since the generators can not last for long because of the fuel shortages.

“The situation is disastrous and we are about to reach the catastrophe,” Radwan said, adding “all partiers have to reconsider its stances towards the closure.”

The Hamas spokesman demanded Egypt to open its borders with the Gaza Strip to evacuate medical cases and bring medicine, food and power supplies, warning that “the explosion will know no limits or borders.”
