Problematic ministers should be removed so as to enable the government to move every ministry forward with unity, he said.

On the same day, Samak Sundaravej said during his visit to China that he has no plan to reshuffle the cabinet at the moment.

Samak also said he will not remove Deputy Prime Minister and Commerce Minister Mingkwan Sangsuwan and Foreign Minister Noppadon Pattama from posts because they have not done anything wrong.

The two ministers were attacked in the censure debate last week. Mingkwan was attacked over rice and inflation problems while Noppadon faced harsh criticism after he signed a joint communique supporting Cambodia’s bid for UNESCO World Heritage status for the Preah Vihear temple.
