German Parliamentarian opening of WCD as a great day in history of mankind

Berlin : German Parliamentarian Rorbert Lambert said Wednesday (July 16, 2008) is a great day in the history of the mankind because the World Conference on Dialogue will be held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.

He noted that the people are in need of going back to their religions, adding that Islam is capable of contributing to bringing about peace in the world.

He noted that two members of the German parliament will participate in the conference as observers so as to write a report about the conference to the German parliament.
