New Delhi : A police official says a bomb blast has killed at least five soldiers and wounded two dozen others in Kashmir.
Senior police official Botlaguduru Srinivas says the bomb was apparently buried along a highway near Srinagar, according to a report of the Associated Press.
He says the bomb exploded Saturday as an army convoy passed through Narbal, 10 miles (17 kilometers) north of Srinagar.
