Implement Ranganath Mishra Commission report: A P Minority Employees Welfare Association

Hyderabad: The A P Minority Employees Welfare Association has demanded the central government to place the Ranganath Mishra Commission report in the Parliament.

In its executive committee meeting held in the city on 20th July, the association unanimously adopted a resolution concerning socio-economic issues confronting the Muslim community.

The association has urged the state government to implement reservation for Muslims in education and employment properly. The fees exemption limit should be raised to 2.50 lac against the present 1 lac cap as the class four employees are unable to get benefit of the scheme.

The executive committee meeting, presided over by association’s state president, M. Abdul Rasheed, and convened by state general secretary Syed Hussain, Engineer, also demanded proper implementation of Prime Minister’s 15-point programme.

The association urged the government to allot land for construction of housing colony for the minority employees in the city as well as in all district headquarters.
