“With the growing support of BSP supremo and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati, Amar Singh and other Samajwadi Party leaders have lost their mental equilibrium and are now making such false allegations,” said BSP state president Swami Prasad Maurya.

He was speaking to reporters here on the sidelines of a seminar organised by an association of handloom weavers.

Mayawati was emerging the most promising prime ministerial candidate and other political parties too also admitted that, he said.

Maurya said the the Samajwadi Party was unable to keep its flock of MPs together over the issue of the India-US nuclear deal and so its leaders were making baseless allegations against the BSP.
