The executive council meeting, held in the national capital, was chaired by JUH president Maulana Qari Syed Mohammad Usman. The meeting felt the need of a website whereby allegations against Islamic teachings, Quranic commandments, the holy Seerah of Prophet Muhammad could be countered in an academic way. The council has formed a five-member committee comprising member of the executive council and senior professor of Hadith Maulana Riyasat Ali, professor of Hadith and Fiqh at Madrasas Shahi in Moradabad Maulana Mufti Salman Mansoorpuri, Maulana Nematullah Azami, Maulana Mateenul Haq Usamah and Abdul Hameed Nomani.

In November 2007 itself, Maulana Mahmood Madani, JUH leader and MP, had deputed some graduates from Darul Uloom Deoband, who were conversant with English and Arabic languages, to review academically the campaign against Islam and the Prophet but the work got disrupted due to continuing internal crisis in JUH. The executive council also expressed the need for implementation of the recommendations of Sachar Committee.
