Jammu: Shiv Sena (United), a frontier Hindu organisation, today threatened to stall Hajj pilgrimage in future in case the ongoing protests on land controversy was not withdrawn by the `separatists’ forces in Kashmir.
Addressing a press conference, here today, president Shiv Sena (United) Rajesh Kesari criticised the opposition to the land transfer by Kashmiri organisation and political parties with having `communal intentions’.
“We oppose any such move which is aimed at stalling the ongoing Amarnath pilgrimage”, he said adding, “None of Muslim leader has any right to address any matter connected with Hindu religion”.
He said that the protest should be called off as it was only aimed at communalizing the situation “otherwise it is going to affect Hajj pilgrimage in future and it will be countrywide repercussion”.
