New Delhi : A seven-year-old girl and her nine-year-old cousin fell to death from their fourth floor home in west Delhi while they were playing, police said Sunday.
Neha, 7, and Aarti, 9, fell from the Ganesh Nagar house Saturday evening when they were playing on the roof. Aarti and her parents, who live in a nearby locality, were visiting Neha’s family.
The girls were first admitted to the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, but were taken to the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (RML) after their condition deteriorated.
According to the police, the girls were pronounced dead at RML. “They died on way to the other hospital.”
