New Delhi : Depressed that she had not done well in her exams, a Class 11 student here committed suicide Tuesday using her father’s revolver.
Tanvi, a student of DAV school in west Delhi’s Pitampura region, shot herself dead with her father’s revolver, the police said.
“Tanvi took the extreme step as she was allegedly in depression for not faring well in her examinations,” an official said.
Her inconsolable family admitted that she had been depressed for the last few days.
