He made the remarks while speaking to reporters after his address at the 11th Summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference in Senegal.

The OIC Summit is being held in the capital city of this African state on March 13-14.

However, the Iranian president left this African country for Iran Friday morning to take part in a parliamentary election which started a few hours ago throughout the country.

He said he would explain details of the change in the Council in its due time.

During the past 60 years, the UN Security Council has always been defending interests of big powers and stood against other nations of the world, said the president.

He referred to the current international crises including poverty, discrimination, occupation, organized crimes and state terrorism as well as massacre of defenseless people and said the UN Security Council has always kept silent towards all those issues.

As far as the council continued serving a few big powers, the human community would not experience justice, the president complained.
