Gaza : An Israeli farmer was wounded Wednesday morning when armed Palestinians opened fire near the Gaza Strip border.
The Jerusalem Post newspaper quoted an Israeli army spokesman as saying “armed Palestinians opened fire towards a number of farmers working in the Ein Hashlosha settlement located near the Gaza Strip border.” An Israeli ambulance took the farmer who sustained light injuries to a nearby clinic for treatment, while the rest of the farmers left the area under volley of gunfire, the spokesman added.
Until this moment in Gaza, no party has claimed responsibility for the attack.
