Beirut : Lebanese Sunni Muslim preacher in Saida city, southern Lebanon, appreciated the Islamic Revolution of Iran for helping foster Muslim Unity around the world.
At a ceremony held by Iranian Cultural Attache to Lebanon, Sheikh Ahmad al-Zain said that Islamic Revolution has been constantly nullifying religious conspiracies against Islam since its outset.
He added that Islamic World never ignores Iran’s brave endeavors to declare the Unity Week starting from Rabiul Awwal 12 to Rabiul Awwal 17, the auspicious occasion of birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
The declaration of Muslim Unity Week is a good occasion for the Shia Muslims to visit Iran and meet their Iranian brothers.
Al-Zain also said that Iran indicated its support for the state of Palestine by sponsoring the International Qods Day, on which magnificent rallies are being held worldwide as symbol of Muslim Unity.
