New Delhi : A top commander of Pakistan-based Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) has been arrested by security forces in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir.
Rayees Ahmad alias Kachoo, a “self-styled HM divisional commander” was arrested in Kashmirs Pulwama district late last night, Press Trust of India reported Monday, quoting a police official.
Arms and ammunition were also recovered from him, the official added.
