Moscow : Iran’s proposed package concerning its nuclear programme was submitted to the Russia’s deputy foreign minister here Friday, Iranian national news agency (Irna) reported.
Iran’s Ambassador to Russia Gholam Reza Ansari in a meeting with Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Sultanev submitted the package.
In the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral ties, regional issues like Lebanon, Iraq and Palestine.
Islamic Republic of Iran has frequently stated that it will never relinquish the nation’s rights to peaceful nuclear energy.
Iran’s package of proposals including different world issues has been also presented to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, European Union Foreign Policy chief Javier Solana and the member states of Group 5+1.
