Bangalore : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Sunday became the first party to open its account in the assembly by winning all four seats for which results were declared.
The BJP is already leading in over 100 seats of the 224-member assembly.
The winning candidates are Sriramulu from Bellary (rural) reserved constituency, Suresh Babu from Kampli segment in Bellary district, Krishna Palemar from Mangalore North and S. Angara from Sullya in Dakshina Kannada district on the western coast.
