New Karnataka chief minister may keep finance portfolio

Bangalore : B.S. Yeddyurappa, who was sworn-in as Karnataka chief minister Friday, may keep the finance portfolio with himself.

Yeddyurappa had presented two state budgets as deputy chief minister and finance minister in the previous Janata Dal-Secular-Bharatiya Janata Party coalition government.

The portfolios of 29 cabinet ministers sworn-in along with him may be finalised late Friday night or Saturday, party sources said.
