Mohali (Punjab) : India elected to bat after winning the toss in the second test match with Australia at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) stadium here Friday.
Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni came out for the toss with his Australian counterpart Ricky Ponting.
This is the second time that Dhoni is leading the Indian side in a test. He had earlier led the team in a test match at Kanpur against South Africa in March this year. India won that match.
