Riyadh : Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu condemned the recent US air raid on Syria’s Al-Bukamal town on the boarders with Iraq.
In a release issued Wednesday, Ihsanoglu expressed regret and concern over the innocent people who fell victim to the attack, warning that such actions compromise regional security and stability, and foil efforts to restore peace in the Middle East.
The OIC chief expressed his full supports to the victims’ families and offered his condolences to the Syrian people and leadership.
