Kabul : An unknown number of people were killed and injured in a powerful explosion in the building housing Afghanistan’s ministry of culture and information here Thursday morning.
“The blast occurred at the first floor of the building and policemen are taking out dead and injured people,” an eyewitness said.
There was no immediate official comment on the incident.
Police have cordoned off the area.
