Sudan signs agreements for combating crime

Khartoum : Sudanese interior minister Eng. Ibrahim Mahmoud Hamid said his country has signed a number of agreements pertaining to combating crime across borders in the East African countries.

After participating in the conference of the East African countries, held in the Ethiopian capital with the participation of 11 countries, Hamid noted that the participants of the conference had reviewed aspects of cooperation in combating crime across borders in coordination with the Interpol.

He pointed out that the conference had also reviewed issues pertaining to organized crime, combating drugs and other related topics.
