AMU VC, Kerala Govt. to review progress on Malappuram off-campus centre

Aligarh: Prof. P. K. Abdul Azis, Vice Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University will attend the meeting convened by the Government of Kerala to review the progress relating to setting up of the Off-Campus Centre of Aligarh Muslim University in the Malappuram district.

The Minister for Revenue and Minister for Higher Education, Government of Kerala will also be present in the meeting to be held on August 6, 2009 at Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala.



The Vice Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University has been especially requested to participate in the meeting. Other officials who will be attending the meeting are Dr. Anwar Jahan Zuberi, Vice Chancellor, Calicut University, the Director of Collegiate Education, Dr. Kancheria P. Isaac, Director of Technical Education, Dr. Vijay Kumar, Special Officer (Principal), Government Engineering College, Thrissur and Shri Ali Askar, Assistant Special Officer, Government Engineering College, Kannur, informed Dr Rahat Abrar, Public Relations Officer, AMU.

Prof. N. A. K. Durrani, Media Advisor will also be participating in the meeting and will make a PowerPoint presentation, Dr Abrar added.
