Kuala Lumpur : At least nine people were missing after an oil tanker caught fire following a collision with a ship off Malaysia’s Malacca Straits, sources said Wednesday.

The accident that took place Tuesday night when the oil tanker collided with another ship near Port Dickson in the Malacca Straits, said the sources, who wished not to be named.
Sixteen people were rescued from the accident site and some of them were Chinese seamen, the sources added.
